Minimum 2 year of experience in my SAP CRM Service Configuration
Experience with CRM ECC Logistics and ECC HR Integration
Expertise in CIC, Service Contract Service Order Repair Order , Complaints Confirmation/CRM Billing Processes
Able to trouble shoot middleware process with respect to CRM-ECC Integration
Configure the CRM Service – ECCCO Integration
Good understanding of Master date elements like, Customer, Equipment/I Base, Contacts, Product Master

Qualification: BE / BTech
Experience : 3-4YEARS
